Recent studies published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggest that chocolate contains certain values that improve brain functioning, helping in mental health conditions as well.

A report from the Harvard Medical School adds that studies have shown daily consumption of cocoa flavanols is linked to improved memory in older adults dealing with mild cognitive impairment.
